In the heart of the sought-after Cape Coral Yacht Club Area, this 2,000 square foot Florida vacation home provides Gulf access, a top-rated full corner lot with canal views, an outdoor heated pool, a spacious and enjoyable open-plan concept, and 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The sliding glass doors pocket from two sides to fully open up the lanai to a beautiful and spacious outdoor living area. As you walk through the open, sliding glass doors, you are greeted with a private pool within the screened patio area. Here, you’ll find lounge chairs and an outdoor dining room table comfortable for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with direct views to the canal and alluring Southwest Florida sunsets.
The Majestic’s open concept features a large, central area that serves both as the living room and dining room, in addition to the kitchen. This Cape Coral vacation rental creates a spacious atmosphere that is bright, inviting, comfortable, and great for enjoying entertainment or simply relaxing with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need in your Southwest Florida vacation rental from dishes and silverware to an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Barstools accompany the countertop seating area in addition to a kitchen table comfortable for everyone and large enough for all of your family and friends to enjoy. Enjoy large cupboard space and a complete inventory of cooking and baking needs for your extended waterfront stay.
Delight in privacy throughout the three bedrooms, such as the master bedroom that offers a king bed, ceiling fan, closet, and full bathroom. The secondary king suite also offers a ceiling fan and closet, while the third bedroom offers a queen with an additional single bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in this beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. We were about a mile and a half from downtown with an abundance of great restaurants. The host Alex was a joy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this beautiful home and we will be back.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Tolle Lage in ruhiger Umgebung. Für Ausflüge nach Sanibel oder Fort Myers zum Beispiel super. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, was auch an der liebevollen Ausstattung des Hauses lag. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem, der Pool sauber, die Aussicht auf den Kanal toll. Für Kinder eine tolle Poolausstattung. Handtücher waren sehr viele vorhanden. Reinigungsmittel, Waschmittel, Mülltüten, etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fragen hat Alex sofort beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Lovely Sunsets

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. Lovely sunsets and quiet neighborhood. Alex was very quick to respond to any communications and willing to reschedule our stay due to hurricane concerns. Nice to have two main beds/baths, each on opposite ends of the house.

Fantastic Family Fun!!

Amazing Vacation House!!!

I’m going to miss this house…

We were here for a month. Opening up the wall of glass doors every day to enjoy the lanai and views of the canal was my favorite activity. Great neighborhood for my daily runs. House was perfectly equipped to cook delicious meals from local seafood. Lots of reasonably priced golf nearby. Easy trip to beautiful beaches. Alex was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot for a family vacation

Our family of 6 had a great time staying at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, big covered lanai, and the dock daily. It was a great location for exploring all the nearby beaches (ft Myers/sanibel/captiva/etc) in the area and highly recommend renting a boat for getting around. The owner was very responsive and the home was well stocked with everything you could think of. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect vacation

The Majestic is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy! The sunsets are stunning. We had so much fun in the pool and with the dolphins on a sunset and dolphinboattour in the near. Thank you very much, we enjoyed this home so much.

Majestic canal vacation

Stunning home. Large sunroom/dining area. View of canal & pool area is gorgeous. Lots of extras included in this stay….stocked kitchen, kayaks, bicycles. I used the kayak most days. We all used the pool daily. The house a few doors down had a family of burrowing owls that we visited daily. Excellent host. Very accommodating & informative. We usually stay on Sanibel, but would certainly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay. Also, recommend Lobster Lady restaurant! We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Pool and Sunset View of Canal

My husband, 11-year-old granddaughter and I stayed one week here in July. The weather was very hot and humid, so the swimming pool was our favorite place to be. We swam every morning and evening, in order to keep cool. The pool was clean, clear and warm, and conveniently located right outside the patio doors. The pool cage kept the bugs out, and reduced chance of sunburn. The house was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and activities, and we enjoyed visiting the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford Winter Estates Museum nearby. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Five star place and host

Arriving just around sunset made this wonderful place look even more magic and we were all (party of 7) really stunned by the views over the pool and canal. Have been renting houses in the area before but never had such a well equipped place, with everything from cookware, towels, spices to kajaks and bicycles. Alex is by far the best host we had, providing us with all info and door code in advance and very easy and fast to communicate with over the VRBO app. We will absolutely come back to this place. wonderful house to enjoy and relax

It was a pleasure to stay here for almost two weeks. It is a great house. We didn't miss anything. The pool is a wonderful possibility to relax. The kayaks are good for exploring. The house is clean. With a rental boat it is a short way to get to the dock of the house.

Truly Relaxing

The Majestic is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time away. The space was better than advertised. There was not one single thing our family of four needed that was not there. Everything was updated and clean. Even the switches were labeled so you didn't have to fumble around trying to figure out how to turn on different lights or outlets. Alex is a wonderful host! His communication skills are excellent and he delivers on his promises. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend staying at the Majestic!

Practically Perfect

This home, the pool, deck and landscaping were 5 star. A well equipped home. The grandkids caught many crabs using the cage. A couple big ones were cooked up for dinner. We loved our stay and hope to return. I appreciated the owner getting back to me immediately with any questions I had. If I had one request, it would be get a couple pool loungers that are higher off the ground for us seniors. Thanks for a great 2 weeks. L. M. Minnesota

Wonderful Winter Getaway

This property is just as pictured (with the outside area even nicer than a photo could capture). We loved waking up to the view of the pool & canal each day. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We worked remotely from this property and had no issues with wifi strength for two concurrent Zoom calls with video and found that it worked perfectly all the way into the pool area. We will definitely stay here again.
