  • Morning Glories er en førsteklasses ferie destination på Captiva Island. Placeringen på Gore Lane (i området Captiva Village) er rolig og tæt på stranden, men alligevel praktisk til butikker og restauranter. Gæster ønsker måske aldrig at forlade dette fantastiske hus!

    Morning Glories er stor, smuk og symbolet på luksus og har en smart grundplan og masser af plads - selv med (14 gæster føles det rummeligt. Der er endda to separate garager og indkørsler.

    Nyd Captivas berømte vejr med den private pool og spabad, glidende glasvægge, skyggefulde verandaer, møbleret soldæk med perfekt sydlig eksponering, indendørs / udendørs spisning, frodig tropisk landskabsarkitektur og mere.

    Denne dejlige, opvarmede pool er alt din hos Morning Glories. Puljen er stor (30 fod lang, 15 fod bred i den lave ende) og fodres med en sødlydende vandfald af varmt vand fra det jorden spabad. Det er meget privat med en tæt omgivende krat af tropiske palmer. Føj til vandets underholdning med store gummibåde, poolnudler og en kurv med legetøj til de små. Bask på solterrassen ved luksuriøse chaiselonger. Men glem ikke den store Captiva-strand, som er en rigtig nem gåtur langs en charmerende sti lige over Wiles Drive.

    Floridas solskin kan være intens, men du kan altid trække dig tilbage i en af de skraverede verandaer for en kølig drink, en snack eller et måltid. Det skraverede udendørs spisebord har plads til otte, og spillerummet og poolkøkkenet ligger kun få skridt væk. Hele poolområdet og alle glidevæggevægge (inklusive sydlige verandaer på hovedniveau) er inden for det kæmpe skærmhjørne, hvilket forhindrer "for meget natur" i dette tropiske klima.

    Børn i alle aldre er meget velkomne på Morning Glories. Selvfølgelig vil de store børn elske legene (poolbord, ping-pong, fodbold) og svømning. Men huset er også udstyret til, at yngre feriegæster kan have en dejlig tid på Captiva: en fuld krybbe på børneværelset, en Pack 'N' Play, dobbelt klapvogn med paraply, plus legetøj, spil og børnebøger.

    Nyankomne vil nyde en lang udforskning af det indre af Morning Glories. Men overalt, hvor du ser, finder du smart design, smagfuld indretning, komfortable møbler og masser af plads til at sprede ud.

Paradise on Captiva!!

Our stay was wonderful and the home was beautiful… Fully equipped with everything that we needed… The pool and living space were wonderful for our family that included young children. Would definitely come back..

We were only a few minutes walk from the beach and the shops and restaurants. My kids loved that they all got their own room and bathroom. Lisa was awesome to work with and was available to help with anything we needed at the drop of a hat. We had the best time and cant wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and kitchen were well appointed though showed some wear and tear. The beach equipment was great - we added some bogey boards. We had some issues with getting the hot tub to heat up. One awkward thing was that you had top go outside to access the basement rooms. Since we have visited off and on for 30 years, we were very disappointed in the shelling.

An Incredible 2 Weeks on Captiva!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I - and our adult children and their spouses - and four grandbabies - enjoyed a magical two weeks on Captiva at Morning Glories. The home was well designed and outfitted for our large group, the location of the home was perfect for walking to the beach for surf, sand and sunsets, and for walking and riding our bikes to the stores and restaurants in the core of Captiva. Alan and Albert of American Realty Group of Captiva were incredibly responsive and helpful all along the way when we had questions or minor issues at the house. All were addressed without a hitch - making our 2 weeks even more enjoyable. Our entire family agreed that we will come back in a heartbeat when the opportunity arises again!

The layout is a little unusual—upstairs and downstairs entrances aren’t connected—but you can make it work. Everything is up to date, and for a rental, it’s a beautiful home.I’ve rented from American for over 15 years, and they’ve always taken care of me and my family. I would absolutely recommend this house and others they offer. This is one of their larger homes, and if you have a big family, it’s a great option.The beach is just a 3-minute walk, and the house is well stocked. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The pool and multiple decks make the home feel very dynamic and offer great personal space for everyone.Over the years, we’ve rented both small and large homes from American, and this one is definitely a solid choice. Albert is always responsive and helpful with any issues or questions.I’d give the home 4.5 stars and American 5 stars!

Gorgeous home, arranged in a way that every one in the family was comfortable. The kitchen was like being in my own kitchen at home! Everything had been thought of and was in place. The outside area is gorgeous. Pool and spa were fabulous and seating areas perfect. Lower level has pool table, ping pong, etc. etc. etc. !! If you are traveling with a family this home, which is just steps from the beach, is worth the money!

Six ensuite bedrooms, chefs kitchen, beautifully decorated, fantastic pool area, pool table, ping pong, foosball table, a second frig for poolside entertaining. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a family vacation!

Perfect location with every amenity and convenience we could ask for! We had adult children, a teenager, 6 year old and two year old. Everything you stocked the home with made our vacation absolutely stress less. Thank you!

Had dozens of winged insects in upper back queen bedroom plus a very large spider there. Gnats in bottom apartment (probably related to garbage/ recyc storage). Many Roaches. Way too many spiders/webs in pool cage. INSTALL POOL HAND RAILING. REPAIR (or cover with matt) SLATES WHICH WERE BREAKING INTO DANGEROUS RAZOR-LIKE LAYERS. Vacuum so renters can help keep place cleaner --maybe helping roach problem.

The house is perfect for a large group with a layout that was spacious yet still very comfortable and homey. Very short walk to the beach. The grands loved the pool and the house was equipped with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and carts to get them all to the beach. We will absolutely stay here again.

Morning Glories Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, the kitchen is a cooks dream complete with gas stove and great appliances. The espresso and coffee machines were a big hit with the adults! We had 8 adults and six kiddos ranging in age from 9 months to 7 yrs. There was ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. Although the baby slept separately in one of the bedrooms, the other two children slept in pallets in their parents’s bedroom. The owners had every possible item you might need on vacay. The pool and covering (great for keeping out pesky mosquitos) and pool toys and ample towel supply were a huge hit with the kiddos. The outside areas were lovely and afforded a nice quiet place to read etc. The home was immaculate and the air worked great, with the exception of one downstairs bedroom, but the maintenance person came as soon as we called. Overall, this is a lovely vacation home and we enjoyed our stay relatively problem free. You would not be wrong in choosing this beautiful home for your vacation. It is within walking distance of most everything on the island.

Our entire family stayed at the house. 11 of us in all. Every bedroom has a full bathroom. The walk to the beach is a pleasant 5 minute walk. The house provided beach chairs,carts and games to play at the beach. The pool and spa were perfect. A beautiful beach and many nice restaurants. We really had a perfect vacation.

Perfect family getaway

Our family of seven stayed here for a week. The home is large enough for all of us. We loved the pool & all the amenities, games & pool toys, etc. almost everything is a short walk away. We loved it!

A Wonderful Week

There was room for all of us to be to hand have alone time, as well. The location was very close to the village and the beach, too. We had to call maintenance twice to fix the hot tub. The first day we were there the foliage fell through the cover of the pool area. We called several times, but never heard anything. Otherwise, it was the best trip ever!
