This property which I affectionately nicknamed the LCR is truly a hidden treasure. It is located in an area known as Buckingham Rural Preserve on the North East side of Fort Myers in Lee County Florida. The property is only a few minutes from I75 and 15 minutes from the historical Downtown River District. When you first arrive It just looks like a typical Florida home. Once you open the front door you will be wowed! Just past the marble tiled foyer and great room you will see the billiard and game room. You may have a hard NOT time seeing what lies ahead. A 15 x 30 heated pool and 10 person spa with waterfall. The pool features a beach end with cocktail table and goes from 4 feet to a depth of 8 feet. Every bedroom has a full private bathroom and a newer flat screen TV. All of the furnishings and bedding are newer and fitted with luxury sheets and comforters. All Bedrooms have walk-in closets. The kitchen is set up for a gourmet chef with all of the appliances and gadgets that you could possibly need. There is a new Ninja Coffee Bar that allows you to make your brew hot or iced classic or specialty, a single cup or a full pot. There is a separate pantry and prep kitchen fitted with commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. If outdoor grilling is your thing then you will love the new outdoor kitchen with the Napoleon 60 inch gas grill, char broiler and rotisserie. If you are more of a traditionist and prefer wood or charcoal we've got you covered with the owner's custom built swing grill & rotisserie. You can sit at the outdoor kitchen and enjoy the peace and quiet of the rural surroundings while observing the water fountain nestled among banana trees and constantly blooming Birds of Paradise and other plants. If Quiet is not your thing the whole house is wired for music and entertaining. If you want to connect with nature, a short walk to the end of the road and you will have access to the communities private dock and boat launch. Manatee park is just a hundred yards away on the Orange River. Bring your own Kayaks or rent one of ours. If you are a naturalist or just don't want tan lines you are welcome to sunbath au natural within the confines of the pool area.
