Villa features vibrant colors, beach decor and sparkles of sunlight in every room. You’ll feel like you have been transported to your personal paradise and private resort!!!

Calling all captains! Your private dock awaits you. Conveniently located steps away from the master bedroom. Bring your boat, or rent from one of the local marinas, and launch from your choice of two boat ramps each minutes away. Idle down the canal leading to the beautiful waters of the Gulf Coast. Beginner boaters, don’t be nervous: the extra wide canal makes docking a breeze.

Lounge in the Southwestern Florida sun rays on the spacious tiki hut deck and then cool off with a dip in the pool. Cast your line off the pier and filet the catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meal and views of swaying palm trees and Florida sunsets on the screened lanai complete with dinette. Master bedroom overlooks the water with private bathroom, shower and connects to the lanai. Explore the charm of this beach community. The neighboring communities of Ft. Myers, Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel and Captiva put you minutes away from night life, restaurants, shopping, beaches and water activities. Unit is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every guest.

Accommodation is first floor wheelchair accessible. Pool and tiki hut may be reached from rear of unit via concrete ramp.

Easy Beach vacation

The rental was very comfortable, homey, and relaxing. Jesse was very responsive to any and all questions. He had so many amenities to make our visit easier such as beach accessories, bikes, binoculars, extra towels and bedding, cookware, pool, canal, tiki hut deck, etc. The place was exceptional as was Jesse. I will definitely rent from him in the future.

Amazing

Loved our stay! Jesse was great in communicating back to me when I asked he call me not because anything was wrong but I simply had to ask him something. I was completely amazed at the little things that I found including bug spray and batteries just to mention a couple of things. It definitely felt like we were home and not renting a house for a week…we definitely enjoyed that beautiful deck where my son would have spent the entire time fishing had he been allowed to. The 1st morning we went out for breakfast but then decided the view with a simple bagel and a tea was worth more than any gourmet breakfast. We only have wonderful things to say and will definitely be back soon. Thank you Jesse, you do an amazing job! Sincerely appreciated!

Fantastic experience

Jessie was a great host. He alway responded quickly when we would contact him. (That wasn’t very often). His condo was very clean and it was completely supplied with everything anyone would need plus more. We would love to stay here again. We rode our bikes every day a. The condo was in an area where there were many excellent restaurants within a short drive.

Cute property right on the water

We loved the location right on the water. It was great being able to relax in the screened porch or just watching the water from the master bedroom. It was a bonus having fun toys (bikes and kayaks) available as well.

Great place to escape, recharge, and relax

This was our first time using VRBO and our experience here did not disappoint. Our dogs were welcome and it really is a perfect spot for travellers with dogs. We won’t hesitate to return on a future trip.

The property is great and exactly how it was described. The owner has thought of everything to provide. This is a great property if you love water sports and/or bring your own boat. It is a bit of a drive to get to beaches.

Fabulous place with fun for everyone!

This is a 5 star rental in every way! Impressively clean, spectacular view, welcoming ofurnishings and beautiful neighborhood…everything you could need and want I traveled with my young adult kids to visit an elderly relative. This place was just perfect, most specifically because there were great things for the kids to do when they grew weary of the “old folks”…kayaking, fishing, swimming pool…we all enjoyed every inch of it! Jesse was a hero! He did so much to help us salvage our vacation when a hurricane blew it up!

Everything you could want and more...

My family of three stayed for a week and i cant say enough wonderful things about the condo. Our host thought of everything a guest could possibly need or want for a beach vacation. Even a small beach bag that made my day. The condo was so clean and smelled fresh and disinfected after we easily let ourselves in. The town is a seven minute drive and has great dining options. Ordering door dash one night when we were too tired to cook or go out was a breeze also. And obviously countless amazing beaches, all between a 10 to 45 min drive. Depending on what type of mood you are in. My daughter and i even took out the kayak. The channel was so quiet, no boat traffic.

Nothing short of Amazing!

This place was beautiful! Jesse, the host, was incredibly helpful. Always responding and giving us feedback in a timely manner. The place was spotless. The cleanest place I have ever stayed at while on vacation. As soon as you walk in, you can tell how much attention to detail is put into everything in this place. Plenty of basic necessities available for us to use which saves quite a bit of money during the stay. Also, beach accesories so we didn't have to bring our own (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc). We did end up renting a boat for a few days and were able to dock it right there which is super convinient. Overall, it was a great and peacefull place to stay. The kids loved it too.

Outstanding Vacation Rental

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!

Perfect size for two adults and a small dog

This property suited us perfectly in size. The condo is clean and very well stocked with all of our basic needs for indoor and outdoor activities. We were very comfortable having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer-dryer and a very well stocked kitchen. The owner and property manager were responsive and attentive to issues and resolved them immediately. We would stay here again even though there are thousands of properties available. It had everything we needed for our little visit in Cape Coral.

This is the cleanest property we've ever stayed at and no details missed for amenities. The property manager Jesse was very responsive and helpful. I had to bother him on Christmas day because we an internet issue and he was very gracious about it. We would definitely stay there again. Other than the internet issue; everything was perfect.

Awesome property!

This condo was exactly as advertised. The condo is beautiful and decor is spot on for a coastal property. The owner provides a stock of items so you won’t need to purchase anything but groceries. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The added benefit of bicycles was much appreciated as we did not have a car. We arrived an hour early, although we didn’t request an early check in the owner’s housekeeping staff finished quickly to allow us access. Also, Brian who works for the owner was present and gave us a lot of local info and tips. Brian also informed the owner we didn’t have a car so Jesse offered to bring better bikes than were at the condo but they were fine for us. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you Jesse for an amazing property!

Perfect Villa in Cape Coral

Where do I start? My husband and I booked this villa for a weeks vacation. We have never been to the area. The villa exceeded our expectations. The inside is beautiful and immaculately clean- I am a bit of a clean freak so I can be leary of renting places, but let me tell you it is spotless clean! Cute beach decor everywhere, comfy couches and beds. The owners thought of everything that a person might need. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and there is also a grill. We didnt cook though because there are a ton of restaurants and food places nearby to try. There is a dock in the back overlooking the river and a cute tiki hut to relax under. There is a nice pool to swim in. There are kayaks and bikes provided, along with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and more. The location is excellent. You are literally near a ton of restaurants,shops, grocery stores, bars. Just a short drive from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island,which are both amazing beaches to visit, among many other nearby attractions. The owner is very friendly and easy to contact, and provides great recommendations for the area. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay, so if you are considering it, you wont regret it. We hope to go back next year.
