Velkommen til den smukke Captiva Island, Florida og paradis! Det dejlige Sunset Captiva nr. 18 lejebolig ligger i det private, rolige samfund i “Sunset Captiva” overfor poolen og strandpromenaden. Samfundet er centralt beliggende på mere end 6 miles af den spektakulære strand ved Mexicogolfen. Der er en pool, dock, to tennisbaner og rekreativt område komplet med gasgrill og picnicborde. Det er også praktisk tæt på The Village og det fineste inden for spisning, shopping og rekreation. Dette er et sted, der er fantastisk at gå og udforske.

It was pleasant surprise to walk in the front door and find a bright and cheery atmosphere. We love the artwork and attention to detail. The walk to the beach was easy. The grounds were immaculate. We would definitely choose this house again. American Realty was very easy to work with!!

Nice house, awful electrics

Reviewer Comments: The first three days of our stay were ruined by continued faulty electrics. All our frozen foods were thawed as the freezer did not work, the washer would not work,we had to keep the coffee maker on so the lights would work but, thank the lord,the a/c worked as it was on a different circuit from the 110v. items. A lack of personnel in your office on Sunday added to our woes.On the positive side, once we got your attention the maintenance gentleman, Rod did all he could to remedy the situation and finally Lee County people fixed it late on Monday. You should organize some sort of oven gloves as the one provided was 6in.x3in. The front door dead bolt needs some attention as it is hard to operate.

The home is well cared for, it was neat and clean. We didn't even rent a car, just a couple of bikes and we enjoyed a stroll every evening to dinner at one of the many restaurants close by.

The new owners have done a nice job of updating this property. It is close to the well maintained pool area and of course the beach. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many houses in the Sunset Captiva complex, and this one did not disappoint. It was clean, roomy, well-stocked with necessities, and overall a very pleasant place to be. The hot water wasn't functioning when we arrived, but the problem was fixed after two service calls. Our only complaint was the annoyance of someone at the door arriving unannounced to service the air conditioner (we said "no,") and then another phone call from your office requesting that we let him in, which we also said "no" to. The air conditioning was fine, and we were on vacation and had had enough service people at the house already. It is our suggestion that you send service people when the house is unoccupied.

Spring Break

Rental group was fantastic! Location was steps from the beach, restaurants, and heart of all activities. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked compared to many rentals we’ve stayed in. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for clothes. Only thing I’d change is replacing the sofa bed upstairs with a bed.

Disappointing

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very disappointing and was not cleaned properly. The previous tenants wet towels were left on top of the washer for me to wash. Other towels were in the washer and dryer. The twin bedroom beds were not changed. The sheets were dirty. I found sheets in the closet and had to change the beds. There was a used bandaid left in the Master bedroom. The beach buggy had flat tires, and though I requested they be aired up, no one ever came by. The front and master decks are dangerous. The kitchen is not stocked properly, and we only had one dish towel. The refrigerator door baskets are broken and in usable. The TV in the family roomIs so tiny, you cannot even watch it. Most computer screens are larger. The downstairs bathroom shower is rusty. When I spoke with the rental management company, they offered us a $50 gift card to a restaurant.
