This large private home features a private screened-in (solar heated during winter months) pool, high ceilings, and tile in most areas. The home is centrally located in Fort Myers near many restaurants, public golf courses, shopping, and family-friendly attractions! Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Bonita.

This home features three bedrooms, a formal dining room, and a den in addition to its spacious kitchen. The two spare bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master has a king bed and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and oversized jacuzzi tub. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Out back you will find a nice lanai with plenty of outdoor lounging furniture and the perfect atmosphere for a barbeque! There is plenty of open space in this home which is great for activities while no one will feel confined.

Guests have access to 1 side of the garage. The pool is heated with solar power during winter months and we do not guarantee any specific temperature. There is a useful roll-out pool cover that helps keep the heat in!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

For the security and well-being of both the property, there are security cameras placed on the exterior of this vacation home. One is covering the front entrance and one by the air-conditioning unit on the side of the house. Cameras are only on when the house is vacant.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
