30/40 Southern Dream: Two Units, Pool, Beach Proximity Welcome to the 30/40 Southern Dream House located on the North End of the island!! This house accommodates up to 19 people! The house has a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Upon arrival, you'll have a view of the Gulf that is breathtaking to anyone who walks in! As you arrive, you will be pulling up to the outdoor patio area with seating and an outside bar area to relax while having your toes in the sand! This house is also ocean front!???????All bedrooms* have their TV, either closet storage or dresser, and amazing beds ranging in sizes! *Note: the bunkbed room does not have a TV* *****Please be aware that this property is two separate units that are connected. You must go outside to access each unit On the Island Girl side (30 Gulf Beach Rd) The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and even an office area to work from! The master also has an attached bathroom that has a beautiful walk-in shower, a makeup vanity, and a spacious countertop at the sink. The first guest bedroom has a Twin-Size bunk bed and a closet. The second, third, and fourth guest bedrooms all have King beds with a TV to enjoy while resting up! All guest bedrooms are right next to the guest bathrooms that have beautiful countertops and walk-in showers. The two guest bedrooms at the end of the hallway do share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Both kitchens all come fully equipped with everything you'll need from silverware to dining sets and yes - even laundry rooms with a full-sized washer and dryer! This beautiful house has plenty of space to relax, watch TV, and even enjoy the beautiful sunsets. On the Warm Sands side (40 Gulf Beach Rd.), the first guest bedroom has a queen mattress, closet space, and a flat-screen television. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a chest of drawers for storage, and a mounted flat screen as well! The shared bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and standard sink. Off the main living area is another common space with a smaller-scale couch, additional chairs, and a mounted flatscreen for a talking space or even another hangout area! On the far end of the house is where the Master is located. The master has a big dresser for storage, a queen mattress, a TV, and a walk-in closet!
