Beautiful sunrises and sunsets await you from the lanai of this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Gulf. The lanai offers views of our white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf. Riviera Club is on the south end of the island, not far from Santini Plaza.

For those occasions when you want to prepare your own meals, the fully-equipped Kitchen provides all you need to serve up a great meal, Riviera Club also has on-site BBQ to grill fresh-catch fish or whatever other choices for dinner. There is a Breakfast Bar for 2 people to grab a quick snack or that morning cup of coffee while you plan your day. There's also a glass topped Dining Table for 4.

The Living Area is perfect for watching a movie on the flat screen TV, gathering with family and friends, playing board games, reading or just for quiet enjoyment. The Screened In Lanai provides a gateway to the outdoors and fabulous direct views of the Gulf and our fresh sea air! This is a corner unit and the screened in Lanai wraps around the side of the building.

This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf. The Master Bath includes a large walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. Guest Bath is right next door and features a walk in shower. There is also a sofa sleeper in the condo.

For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer next to the kitchen, free Wifi in the condo, building elevators, secured lobby and ample free on-site parking.

You can make use of the heated pool and get some exercise swimming or just relax and enjoy our beautiful sun-filled days.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
