Eucalyptus A is a charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with coastal flair, perfectly situated mid-island. Each side has its own private entrance with no interior connection, making it great for families or groups traveling together.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

Nice Place for a get away on Fort Myers Beach

Location is perfect. Easy parking, easy beach access, easy access to main roads. The C unit is finished better than the B unit. The property looks like it still is showing signs of incomplete renovation after hurricaine Ian. Communication with host is good. Property remains a good value.

Good stay

The property is very nice to stay with family. Has a ping pong table and porch upstairs to use with family and friends. All is clean and well organized and has all you need. The house is not renovated or brand new but it’s a good property to rent! We enjoyed it. The pool area does need some work just so it can look more presentable and clean.

Everything looked very nice in the pictures. However, the house is old and various things need to be renovated: e.g. entrance area, wardrobes in the rooms. The bathrooms are very small and offer no storage space. There was no iron/ironing board. One apartment is designed for 4 people. However, the bathroom is far too small for this. The outdoor grill was not clean. The view from the balcony is not particularly nice. Compared to the other accommodations we had, this one was the least nice.

Great 2 family rental!

Two family have perfect mix of private space and outdoor communal space. Both units had ample space for us to get together in either one for game night. Pool temp was warm and easy walk to beach. Maybe a couple more beach chairs would be my only suggestions. Host was very responsive to our questions in advance of arrival. Thanks for great family gathering. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Super close to the beach and we had a great stay. Brad was great and allowed our group a late checkout and early check in to accommodate our group and flights. The pool was a bit chilly but it didn’t affect us too much as we spent most time on beach. Great trip!

February getaway

Considering all the damaged property along Ft Myers Beach this place is great! The pool is excellent and the walk to the beach very short. Beach accessories (wheeled cooler, wagon, umbrella and chairs and towels) in great shape. Bedding comfortable and both units very clean. Plan extra time for traffic backup on the road getting to Ft Meyrs and Sannibel and back.

Holiday get away

Fort Myers is making slow steady recovery from last years hurricane and the people/businesses were so happy to have more visitors this holiday! This property is very similar(still a bit in recovery mode). We rented entire house which is split into two apartments which worked well for us. Unfortunately, one side is not quite ready/complete with tiles missing, large cracks in ceilings/woodwork. The other apartment was great and fully updated. Worked out fine, great location, laundry machines great! Even a rolling cooler and wagons with Chairs for beach were super!

Great place on FMB

Great property in the heart of Fort Myers Beach! Approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach, just across Estero Blvd. Pool was great along with all the beach amenities. Didn't quite appreciate the property is actually two separate apartments that were available to us, but we were very comfortable in one. In August 2023, FMB was still very much recovering, but there are at least a half dozen restaurants or more within 1.5 miles of the property. Definitely would come back.

Two separate apartments allowed each couple privacy. Pool was great and well kept. Hurricane Ian has just ravaged Ft Myers beach.....We are sad to think what likely has happen to this property!! Our thoughts are with the owner who was very nice

Perfect in every way!

Nice, quiet getaway

The overall experience was great! We enjoyed the easy, close access to the beach. We had plenty of items for us to use at the beach (chairs, cart, umbrellas, towels). The suites were very comfortable, but could use some appliance updates in the bottom suite (coffee maker, pans, cooking utensils). Upstairs suite bathroom had some draining issues that should be looked at. The pool was great. Very clean! Bbq & mini fridge could use some upkeep. Overall, it was a great week and Brad was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Wonderful location and access to the beach!

This house is located just across the street of the private area of the wonderful Ft. Myers beach. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Close to nice restaurants and Publix. Had a great time!

Great Place in a Great Location

We loved our time in Ft. Myers Beach for multiple reasons. First and foremost, location location location. Literally a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach, a five minute walk to numerous restaurants and bars, a long walk or a short drive to Times Square, and a very short drive to a Publix right on the island. The location is everything you could ask for. Second, though, was the gorgeous, private pool. Beautiful and relaxing with a shower for coming off the beach, a grill and comfy furniture, it was a perfect relaxing oasis in the afternoons and evenings. Third was the fabulous space. With multiple apartments, bathrooms, and kitchens, this was incredible for my extended family on vacation. Everyone could be together and then retire to their own space with none of the fighting found from cramming us all into a hotel suite. Finally, Brad was an awesome host with an awesome property. The details were so well thought out, the place, from the tikis to the Batman references, just made you smile, and everything was there for a great stay. Easy to find, easy check in, easy to check out, and just a great space provided by a great host. I honestly miss it already. If you haven't clicked to book this place already, I don't know what to tell you! After a couple rough years, it was the perfect place to get some beach therapy and float cares away in the pool. Don't hesitate! Book now and enjoy for yourself. Just treat the Beach House well because we hope to be back to visit again someday.

Fun time in Ft Myers

Such a cute place that housed six of us, three couples. Great pool and right across the street from beach. Brad was receptive and quick to respond, as I had questions before, during, and after our stay! Very accommodating and kind.

Fantastic place for extended family

We stayed for a wonderful week. Brad's place had something for everyone. It is actually two separate apartments, but that worked well for us, as we could have our parents on the ground floor with the pool and adult kids upstairs. Plenty of kitchen space and two big sofas for gathering. The pool is utterly amazing. It's just across the street from a fantastic part of the beach and Brad provides chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon. Three blocks from the free tram terminus at the library. Brad was very responsive to all our needs. We definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. The beach was located across the street which was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, sliver ware and pots and pans. The only negative think I would say is that the queen bed in suite A was kinda uncomfortable.

Accurate listing, close to beach

The kids loved the proximity to the beach, clean pool, kitchy decor. We recommend getting the trash out between guests, an upgrade on the bedding (new and higher thread count sheets would be an improvement,) and some care of the plants. The photos of the property are accurate and it's a good location and quiet, clean.

Perfect FMB location

Home is just a few houses from the beach. Beach access easy to find. This home and pool area were immaculate. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable . There is a very nice laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. . Pool has a shallow area for small children. We spent many evenings by the pool after dinner. Both kitchens are fully stocked . Plenty of clean towels. Comfortable furniture. The owner responded quickly to all questions before and during our stay. Just a short walk to the free beach tram pick up spot at The library. We use the tram to go to lunch and dinner and the store. Use the Transit app to know when the trolley will be arriving. Usually every 20 minutes. We did Walmart grocery delivery. So there was no need for a vehicle while we were there. Junkanoo Beach Restaurant Is across the street. There’s a 7-Eleven also very close. We will definitely stay at this property again.
