The rest of the day brings so much activity with boats, jet skis and kayaks going by on their way to and from the Gulf. With long views of Estero Bay, you will also be entertained watching the dolphins play and the manatees and stingrays swim by. Have your coffee with the sunrise then a glass of wine and dinner with the Bay waters lit up by the moon and condo lights from across the Bay.

Welcome to Windward Point 508, a beautiful 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath air conditioned, comfortable condo on the Bay on the island of Fort Myers Beach. Decorated with a seaside vibe, the house motto is "Don't Worry Beach Happy!" As you enter the foyer/hallway, the En Suite Bedroom and Bath is to your left. Featuring a Queen sized Bed and its own TV, the Bedroom is spacious and outfitted with lovely furniture and a large closet. The En Suite Bath has a single piece vanity, commode, Walk In Shower and stunning views of the Bay. Continue down the hallway and you find a Full Sized Guest Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. The condo then opens up to a fully equipped Kitchen with all the appliances, including a dishwasher; a Dining Area with a table for 4 and the perfect spot to work remotely; a large Living Area with comfortable furniture (including a sleeper sofa to sleep two adults) and a huge TV; and finally an expansive wall of glass sliding doors leading to your spectacular Screened In Lanai with 180-degree views of the Back Bay. We can't emphasize enough the joy you will get sitting on the Lanai, having your coffee, taking in the sea breezes and enjoying an absolutely gorgeous, different sunrise each morning. Looking out to Estero Bay to see the dolphins play and the manatees slowly saunter by. So much activity with the boats, jet skis and kayaks going by.

Conveniently located on each floor are laundry facilities. There is a building elevator, secured lobby, and ample on-site parking, including a designated spot close to the building.

Windward Point is truly one of the island's most beautiful locations. Sitting on a point that juts out into Estero Bay in all its splendor, Windward Point enjoys all the benefits of the quiet, south end of the island while sitting just down the street from the Gulf. Just a short stroll to our world famous sugar white sand beaches and world class sunsets, Fort Myers Beach is one of our State's top rated beaches with plenty of family oriented activities. Santini Marina Plaza, just a short walk down the street, offers you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park or south to Lovers Key State Park. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to exclusive shopping centers and restaurants in nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and RSW International Airport.

Amenities at Windward Point include a resort sized swimming pool and sundeck, spa, and shuffleboard. You can also enjoy fishing off the seawall. And there are several designated benches at the Point where you can relax with plenty of entertainment watching the dolphins, manatees and all the boating activity.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This owner prefers that all guests be adults.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
