New to VRBO! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit sleeps 4-6 people, with a king size bed and private bath in the primary suite and two full-size beds in the second bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Relax on the large lanai overlooking the pool and beach. The unit is fully stocked with the kitchen essentials you'll need and of course all the basics for your trip to the beach or the heated gulf front pool and jacuzzi just steps away!

Whether exploring the town or the beach, cooking dinners in, watching the big game on TV or hunkering down for game nights - we've got you covered! We're brand new to the VRBO platform and are excited to host you!

ABOUT THE PROPERTY & THE AREA:

Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Blvd) is a boutique vacation rental community with an amazing onsite property management team to assist you during your stay. You'll receive a keyless entry code for easy self-check-in and access to come and go. The building has 5 floors, and our unit is located on the 4th floor.

For those of you who know the hidden gem in Estero Beach Club, you know that the location and community can't be beat! Located just past the north end of the island, we are in a quieter area of the beach to enjoy some rest & relaxation, yet an any easy walk to many fun restaurants, stores, ice cream shops and beachy bars with live music and vacation vibes!

We are .8 miles south of the Fort Myers Beach pier, Times Square shopping and entertainment area. We are just down the sand from the popular Diamond Head and Margaritaville resorts -- and when you compare rates, you'll see how much more you get for your money, with two full bedrooms and bathrooms, and full kitchen and living space for your group!

You can find jet ski and parasailing rentals right down the beach, and everything from bike rentals to dolphin tours and fishing charters nearby. You can explore Bowditch Point Park or visit Lover's Key State Park for hiking or kayaking -- both right on the island. There is a Publix grocery store on the island 1.5 miles from the condo and a Walmart just off the island as well -- they both deliver anything you might need for your stay!

If you don't feel like walking, you can also catch the Fort Myers Beach Trolley (75 cents) or Tram (free) right in front of the condo. You can venture off the island for endless mini-golf or real golf adventures, watch MLB spring training with the Boston Red Sox at JetBlue Park and the Minnesota Twins at Hammond Stadium, or explore the broader Fort Myers and surrounding areas! Visit nearby Sanibel or Captiva islands, Naples or the Everglades. The Key West Express, a high-speed ferry, also makes daily trips to The Keys and leaves from Fort Myers Beach. There is so much to see and do - such an easy area to explore and enjoy!

Laundry facilities (app or coins) are next to the pool with a large picture window with views of the pool and beach.

You will receive one reserved parking space. Estero Beach Club has bike racks and there are two bike rental shops nearby.

All guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Rental Agreement.
50% of the total is due to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.
$175 Cleaning & Disinfecting Fee
No damage deposit, but guests will be held responsible for any damage.
Upon booking, there is a non-refundable Registration Fee paid directly to Estero Beach Club outside of the VRBO booking platform. ($100 Registration Fee for a 7-13 Night Stay or $150 Registration Fee for a 14+ Night Stay). Rental Agreement + Registration Fee with Estero Beach Club is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations 60 days+ prior to arrival are 50% refundable.
Cancellations 0-30 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
If we are able to re-rent the condo for your reserved dates, we will provide a full refund!
