The Social Studio is the liveliest unit in our family-operated compound in Coral Ridge Isles - built for connection, comfort, and memorable moments. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business stays, and sports fans - 30 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium. Minutes from Las Olas, Wilton Manors, Inter Miami Stadium, Pompano Beach, and Brightline to Miami.

The Social Studio is the only unit in the compound with its own bar area - and it shows. Pour a drink before heading to the pool, mix something after a day at Fort Lauderdale Beach, or simply make the space yours. No other unit in the compound has this. The studio is designed for both comfort and productivity: plush sleeper sofa (main sleeping area) plus Smart TV, dedicated workspace with fast WiFi - great for remote work, kitchenette with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, dishes, silverware, cups, knives, and essentials, and an in-unit bar area stocked for entertaining or unwinding. Full bathroom with stand-up shower and clean, modern finishes. Soft decor and a calm color palette keep the space warm and inviting - whether you're unwinding after a day at the beach, taking calls between meetings, or enjoying a quiet night in. Guests also have access to the shared pool and terrace. Sleeps 2 guests comfortably.

Guest access: The Social Studio is tucked at the southeast corner of the compound - a private, peaceful setting accessed through Gate 2. Enter, and you have the entire studio to yourself. What's exclusively yours: full private studio with bar area, kitchenette, sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and workspace; private entrance through Gate 2 (southeast side); access to the shared pool courtyard and outdoor terrace; and 1 designated parking space (southeast side of the property, near the Blue Oasis Suite). Parking: 1 vehicle only, no street parking, do not block other vehicles or neighboring properties - unauthorized vehicles may be towed at guest's expense. Check-in is self-guided and seamless, with full instructions including gate access and parking details sent 24 hours before arrival.

Other things to note: The Social Studio is one of four units in our family-operated compound in Coral Ridge Isles, Fort Lauderdale. Maximum 2 guests; day visitors count toward total occupancy, and exceeding stated occupancy may result in cancellation without refund. Pool and terrace are for registered guests only - no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, children must be supervised at all times, no diving, and no glass in or near the pool area. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Exterior security cameras are active on the property for guest and property safety; there are no cameras inside the unit. No pets permitted unless explicitly approved in writing before booking. 1 designated parking space included (southeast side, near the Blue Oasis Suite), 1 vehicle only, no street parking. All adult guests (18+) must be registered before arrival, no unauthorized events or parties, no smoking or vaping indoors, and no glass near the pool. Please leave the unit in reasonably clean condition at checkout - dishes washed or in the sink, trash bagged, belongings removed. No late checkout, as our team needs the turnaround time to prepare for the next guest.
