ACCESS & IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION
Accessing the Property:
Guests will access the property using an electronic door lock. The access code will be provided on the day of check-in.
* Security Note: The code is changed after each guest's stay for security purposes.
Guest Support:
For any inquiries, questions, or issues, guests can reach out to the Stay Today team from 9 AM to 9 PM.
* The building front desk is also available 24/7 to assist at the main lobby.
* Any calls or messages received after 9 PM will be answered the following morning during regular business hours.
Pre-Check-In Requirements:
* Pool and landscaping professionals visit the property weekly to carry out their duties. They cannot be scheduled but are appreciated for completing their tasks in a timely manner.
Parking Policy:
* Only 2 cars are allowed to park in the driveway (per state vacation rental law). A $2500 ticket will be issued for any violations.
Smoking Policy:
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, and front yards (if applicable).
* To maintain a smoke-free environment, a $500 penalty will be enforced for any violations.
Pets Policy:
Pets under 20 lbs are welcome on the property, with a limit of one pet per stay. We kindly ask that all pets be well-behaved and supervised during your visit. Pets fee is $ 250 per stay,
Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
HOUSE RULES:
* The villa is to be used for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, or events with more guests than the registered occupants are not allowed.
* The villa is equipped with noise detectors. Violators will be evicted without any refund.
* Commercial use of the villa, public events, or promotions is strictly prohibited.
* All overnight occupants must be registered. The number of occupants is monitored by exterior cameras.
* Please note that is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
Property Inventory & Security:
* Inventory checks are conducted after each check-out to ensure there are no broken or missing items.
* Security cameras monitor the outer perimeter of the property for safety purposes.
Additional Information:
* The unit is equipped with sufficient amenities for short-term stays. For any additional needs, we recommend visiting nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas.
* Bugs & Critters: While we routinely spray the property for pests, please remember that Florida's sub-tropical climate may occasionally bring in some critters. To minimize this, please keep doors closed.
