📲There is keyless entry to the building - a code & check-in instructions will be provided to you prior to your stay.

🏡Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the unit and community with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

🐶Pet Policy: All pets are required to pass our screening process prior to approval and before check-in instructions are released. Dogs must be 75lbs or under. Select dog breeds allowed. Our pet fee is collected through our Guest Portal before check-in and is based on the length of your stay:
1–5 nights: $25 per night
6–29 nights: Flat fee of $200
30+ nights: Flat monthly fee of $300

👶🏽A pack-and-play, mattress & bedding is available to guests free of charge. Please reach out after booking is confirmed to reserve. Access to these items are based on availability and not automatically included in each reservation.

📝We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. Please note: the apartment building has cameras to monitor common areas for resident and guest safety.

🧖🏽We will do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests. Decision is based on next reservation & availability of our cleaning team.

🚭No Smoking or Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, hookahs, incense, or any other smoke- or vapor-producing products are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and throughout the entirety of the building. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 smoking remediation fee and may result in termination of the reservation without a refund.

⭐️ Profiles that are brand new and/or with no prior reviews are required to pay a $200 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed & check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

📍Profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis. If, for whatever reason, the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to additional screening, questioning, and damage deposit fees before a reservation may be confirmed.
