We are right downtown with all the restaurants and nightlife, just 3.5 miles to the beach and 2 minute access to the highway. Nestled between the Old Dillard museum and a gothic church, the apartment is situated in a significant cultural and historical neighborhood downtown. With ample parking and lighting, this is a sure, safe and affordable option for downtown.

The decor of the building and units was inspired by a trip to Santorini, Greece. The original artwork and modern amenities will ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is all brand new with elegant detailing.

Guests have access to their unit and also there is a shared picnic area outside.

We interact mostly through the app but are around the property with regularity and we will stop by and introduce if we see you are home.

This charming little apartment building is sitting between a Gothic church and Old Dillard museum. Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Dorsey Riverbed is an established, historic neighborhood.

You can walk to many downtown locations, there are buses running through the neighbourhood and, of course, rideshare. There is plenty of parking of you have your own car.

The parking is free and there is a shared, paid laundry.
