Also included is free WiFi, HBO, internet kiosk, complimentary coffee, complimentary concierge service, onsite maintenance staff, laundry facility, and a 24-hour reception desk.

Towels are provided and you may exchange them for clean ones at no extra charge. Parking onsite is complimentary.

The one bedroom condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six guests comfortably. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed (shown in pictures). The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a beautiful vanity with granite and features a combination shower/bathtub. There is also a balcony overlooking the city with a patio table and two chairs.

You will enjoy your stay. Resort staff will be available 24-hours a day if you need any assistance during your stay. Please inquire if you have any questions.

Units are assigned in 7 night increments, multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.

You will also be provided with a complimentary towel exchange in the housekeeping office. You can bring down your old towels in exchange for new towels.

Laundry Facility is located on property, it is coin operated for a fee.

Parking is limited, during busy season it may be limited to 1 vehicle on a first come first serve basis.

Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is one-time per week stay, not a nightly fee).

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
