A beautiful, spacious, and clean two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condo with one of the best locations on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24 hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.

Condo Description:
The large two bedroom oceanfront condo rental sleeps up to eight guests. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room) The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The dining room seats six people comfortably. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. The condo features a balcony with a patio table and two chairs.

Units are assigned in 7 night increments, multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.

You will also be provided with a complimentary towel exchange in the housekeeping office. You can bring down your old towels in exchange for new towels.

Laundry Facility is located on property, it is coin operated for a fee.

Parking is limited, during busy season it may be limited to 1 vehicle on a first come first serve basis.

Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is one-time per week stay, not a nightly fee).

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
