Recently renovated apartment, located in the city center of Fort-de-France, in a small building on the 3rd floor.

This apartment is ideal for a couple stay or a business trip to Martinique.
The fisrt breakfast is included (pastries from the owner's bakery located on the ground floor of the building)!

The bright living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and a dining area to take your meals. The kitchen is brand new and has a large fridge.
The double bedroom is carefully decorated and you will find the bathroom right next door.
The apartment is carefully decorated and ideally located in the centre of the island.
From Fort de France you can take the shuttle boat to the beach of Les Trois Ilets.

Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
When leaving from the Aimé Césaire airport, take the A1 towards "Rocade Fort-de-France". Continue on that road and exit to "Avenue Maurice Bishop / Boulevard Général de Gaulle". Once you are on the street "Rue de la République" turn left on "Boulevard Général de Gaulle". You will find the apartment on your right handside, just above a bakery.
