"Fantastic location, beautiful property, well-furnished and appointed. Came to town to hang out with our student and wanted a little more space than a hotel room. This converted carriage house was perfect for our needs - walking distance to old town’s shops and restaurants, and close to campus and the Mason running trail. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms (and the downstairs bathroom) might make it a less great pick for anyone with mobility issues or small kids, but for us it was fabulous!"

Kitchen well equipped and we appreciated having a teapot available!Property could use a little TLC; blinds throughout the house didn’t work great, a couple of them really not functional unless you just opened them fully (not desirable). Let the property manager know that the front porch light was burned out the first day but it was not fixed during our stay. Barking dog next...
