This apartment was added onto the second floor, back of the main house which is also available to rent if you need more space!

The apartment has everything you'll need to travel in comfort with a full bath and everything you could need in the kitchen.



Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome in our home but must be approved. Please check with us before booking. Unapproved pets, excessive barking or aggressive animals are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Fort Collins is very easy to get around and this location is perfect to walk or bike to old town. If you don't have a vehicle, the "Max" bus runs about a mile from the home and will take you clear across town.

Our property managers will be here for you as needed. We can be onsite quickly if anything comes up but are happy to give you space and privacy.
