"Modest room. Poor communication with hotel, you have to carry up your luggage a flight of stairs. Good to know if you’re brining hiking gear. Pillows were the worst I’ve ever tried. Like lumps of stone, all too hard and the foam as dissolved into rock formations in the pillows, given you an uneven way to rest your head. Ruined Christmas. Would not come back. Room was clean though. Bought a coffee the day after downstairs and the ladies were too busy laughing and gossiping with the locals instead...

"We stayed while walking the Great Glen Way, and it is right on the route. It is a large friendly hostel. Our room had two sets of very comfortable bunk beds. "

"Property was great for our group of 7. The town was perfect for a morning stroll. FYI, read all of your emails from Expedia. We arrived late and had a small amount of trouble checking in. I had received an email with all the late check in instructions. I didn’t read it because I thought it was just more Expedia junk. All my bad. Once we got in the stay was perfect. "
