The flat is on the second floor of a staircase with only 3 units. The entrance to the flat is onto a large kitchen/living room with everything you need for cooking and a 140x200 double sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a stereo, a 50-inch state-of-the-art smart TV and Wi-fi with high-speed fibre optics. The kitchen/living room has a large balcony with a park view. The double bedroom with a 160x200 bed has a wooden floor and a large 6-door wardrobe and dresser. In the double bedroom there is the possibility of inserting a cot for younger children with a changing table. The bathroom, equipped with the essentials (bath foam, underwear and liquid soap) has a shower cubicle and washing machine for long stays. In the flat there is a clothesline, everything you need for cooking, cleaning the flat, washing dishes and ironing, there are sheets and blankets for the double bed and the sofa bed, towels for the kitchen and bathroom. As required by law there is a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector and a gas detector. Heating with the latest generation condensing boiler with chronothermostat is controlled remotely, the flat with double glazing is well insulated. In fine weather the large balcony has a small table and chairs, allowing guests to enjoy an aperitif with a view of the park.
In the kitchen there will be sugar, coffee, fine and coarse salt, in the fridge there will be drinks. For cleaning there are sponges, washing-up liquid, rags. In the bathroom there is soap, underwear and bubble bath. In the drawer under the television there are manuals for all the electronic devices in the flat.
Formigine is considered one of the most beautiful towns in the province of Modena and is rich in parks, restaurants and services. A few metres from the flat is the Villa Gandini park with a neoclassical villa and a beautiful Ginkgo Biloba. In the centre of Formigine is a beautiful medieval castle with a moat and bridge and drawbridge that can be visited. Opposite the flat, a few metres away, is a playground.
The town of Maranello is 6 km away, with the headquarters of Ferrari Auto, where you can visit its museum and try a car in the many test drives, while the Ferrari museum in Modena is 14 km away.
Modena train station is 18 km away.
A small train station leading to Modena is 1.5 km away.
The Modena Nord motorway exit is 22 km away, reached by a wide road with two lanes in each direction.

The flat has free public parking in addition to a private car park at the rear of the condominium with a barrier entrance. A bar, restaurant, ice-cream parlour, takeaway pizza and grocery shops are within walking distance. On Saturday mornings there is a weekly local market in the vicinity of the apartment block.
