The rooms were lackluster and not very comfortable. Staff was pleasant, but could tell that they are stressed out."

"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. "Friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated my request to switch rooms to a quieter location, but did not inform us that the room would be downgraded. I paid for a king suite and did not get it, so that was disappointing. Overall good experience. The bathroom could use some attention, there was stuff splattered on the walls, fingernail clippings behind the door and no hot water."

"Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. "

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "
