"Nice room and location. Slow check in. Ordinary breakfast with powdered eggs, cold biscuits, and sausage. Ok in a pinch or with a family, but we had hoped for a little more. They have a great happy hour with three free drinks and hot snacks, but it was crowded, nowhere to sit, and a long line for the free drinks. We opted for the very nice nearby restaurants. It has a small pool and only two elevators. After checking the great reviews, we were disappointed. Not sure we would try it again."

"The location is safe, plenty of parking, the breakfast was also fresh and a little of everything, meaning eggs, toast, bagel, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, enough to get your day going without the extra expense, also the room was clean, updated furniture, and clean. "Check in was awful. We were given keys to 2 different rooms on different floors & neither were ready to be occupied. So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff. Tried to use the pool and outside areas. but pool was full of deprie and bugs. Cushions and chairs in outside area that looked great online were dirty, torn cushions and unkept. Cigarette...

"There's only one ice machine in the entire building, and it wasn't working for my entire stay.The air conditioner was noisy, and a giant floodlight just outside my room meant the room was never fully dark, even with the curtains drawn. The staff person was less than friendly on the phone when I asked for an early check-in. Other staff people were nice, but this woman -- long black hair, big glasses, big eyelashes -- paid zero attention to people walking in and out. She was always looking down,...
