I had a reservation obviously but that didn’t matter because they decided to give our room away and not notify us. The girl at the desk said her shift started at 11 and she called Expedia at 11:50 to tell them there was no room. "We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....

"Surprised by $10 parking fee charged by the hotel. This is new and I wasn't informed of. I paid through Expedia for an all inclusive amount so I was shocked to see my credit card was charged by the hotel. This hotel is off a major interstate/highway. Wouldn't you think you'd include free parking in the total rate."

"Apparently there must only be two mobility rooms which I booked through Expedia. When we arrived we were told one of the rooms was already taken and the other he couldn’t give to us because it flooded that same day. Only gave us a $20.00 discount. Other than that it was fine and I have to say the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean."

The staff customer service could have been better, but they treat people differently based on the color of their skin. I say this because when I checked in, there was another couple who ahead of me and the service this couple received was much better than what I received. This same staff offered the couple complimentary water"
