"Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay."

"Amazing hotel and scenery."

"Hotel ristrutturato da poco funzionale e dotato dei servizi necessari a rendere la permanenza piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente una bella struttura a Chianciano, con ottimi margini di miglioramento."

"We had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel a perfect score. Claudio, the manager, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh, tasty options. The location was excellent for exploring the beautiful city. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful! Astonishing views! If you are looking for peace and quiet with great service this is the place."

"The staff were really rude and the check in limited with the hotel opening hours and they lock the door for the people they can’t enter or go out until the staff open for them it is like a jail I will never stay there or recommend it to anyone"

"Personale gentile e premuroso, ma non eccezionale nelle pulizie.."

"Super nice upon arrival, on a rainy day it was a great welcome"

"We had 2 nights here and loved it. It was so clean and so peaceful. We dined in the restaurant one of the nights and it was exceptional. Marco is hilarious AND a fantastic chef. The rest of the team could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone!"
