Apartment 102, a beautiful duplex, is located on the ground floor and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

On the first level of the apartment is the living room with a lounge area with TV et sofa, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher etc.). This room opens onto the balcony of 4.5m2 facing South and furnished.

This level is completed by storage space and a separate toilet.

The sleeping area is located on the ground floor.

BEDROOMS:
1 double bedroom with a 140*190 bed and closets.
1 doubles bedroom with a 160*200 bed and closet. This bedroom opens onto a terrace.

DORMITORY:
A dormitory for 4 people with 90x190 bunk beds (the sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old), closet and private shower room.

BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM et WC:
In addition to the private shower room of the dormitory, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower room and 1 separate WC complete this floor.

The ground floor also welcomes a laundry room with wasinhg machine and dryer.

The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating 2 families or a group of friends (up to 8 people).
On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and 1 outdoor parking space.
