"No te daban agua ni al llegar . Me fijé que en todos los hoteles que llegue te daban una botella de agua al llegar , pero aquí ni la primera fue de cortesía .
La ventana no tenía mosquitero por lo que no podías abrirla y la llave de mi cuarto abría otros cuartos . Fuera de eso . La recepcionista muy amable . Y la chica del desayuno increíblemente eficiente . Estuvimos muy agusto "

"The Hacienda was absolutely gorgeous, The staff was very nice and very accommodating.
It was not full the day that we visited, but the bedrooms were very clean, we could not used the sauna because it was not working and the jacuzzi never got heated I guess it got damaged or it did not got heated enough at the time we used it. Love the sight and the calmness of the place."
