Spacious, private and peaceful 1st floor Apartment on Fly Creek

Enjoy this beautifully decorated first floor private apartment in The Pottery House which is located in the quaint village of Fly Creek. Just 3.2 scenic miles to downtown Cooperstown and a short 10 minute drive to Dreams Park.

This spacious 2BR, 1Bath Apartment has its own private entrance and includes a large bright living room/kitchen/dining room area with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that overlook beautiful Fly Creek. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots, pans, dishes, 3 TV's, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Wireless HI SPEED Internet and BBQ grill for cooking on your private deck. You will feel at peace when you relax out back by the creek after a day of baseball. We are in the perfect location! Walkable to Fly Creek Cider Mill and the Pail Shop Vineyard. If booking for the 2026 Dreams Park Tournaments, reservations follow the 6-night check-in/check-out baseball schedule:

We really enjoyed staying here during recent weekend in Cooperstown. It was a good size for our group (2 adults 2 kids) and we loved how peaceful the area was. We could walk to the cider mill and had easy access to Cooperstown. The information provided by the hosts was helpful, with lots of great ideas for things to do and places to eat. The only downside of our stay was that the apartment needed to be better cleaned - there were dirty towels in the shower from previous guests, and more cobwebs/spiders in the corners than I wanted to deal with. With a little extra care, though, this place would be great!

The property was beautiful. So peaceful sitting out by the creek. There is a fire pit down by the creek where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the babbling creek. It was 12 to 15 mins away from Cooperstown Dream Park. It was perfect locations to feel like your away from everything but quick access to town and all the amenities like stores, restaurants etc. It was nice since we were coming for baseball tournements that it was so close so we could head home to relax on the couch while waiting for our next tournament. Beds were very comfortable, had a grill but we were so busy with other families we didn't get the chance to use it. Would stay here again. Beautiful place

We came out to watch our oldest son play in the Cooperstown tournament at Dreams Park and I just can’t express how conveniently located this home is. You have a straight shot right into Cooperstown, and a straight shot right to the park, both are less than 10 minutes away. The home is in a beautiful and peaceful area, is very spacious inside, comfortable, and just off the beaten path, with a huge play area for younger siblings and just to relax. I feel really fortunate that we found this place to retreat to in between games. Highly recommend!

Cooperstown Tournament Peaceful Retreat

We loved this peaceful retreat about 15 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Perfect sized apartment for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Very clean and quiet! The creek behind the home is a lovely activity for the kids to explore - my kids loved looking for crayfish! The owners are very quick to respond and provide a lovely digital guide of the local area. Thank you for a wonderful stay while our son competed at CDP.

Wonderfully Comfortable Week in Fly Creek!

Our family stayed at the beautiful Pottery House while our son played in the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The Park was a short (with beautiful scenery) drive 13 minutes away which made it convenient to come and go as we needed with the hectic schedule of the games. Downtown Cooperstown was a short 7 minute drive away as well. It was clean and came equipped with absolutely everything you could want for an extended stay. We were able to cook some meals there, do laundry, work during the day using wifi and even enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit located right next to the babbling creek. We would love to come stay again sometime with a less hectic schedule to enjoy all beauty and fun that surround the Cooperstown area. Thank you!

Peaceful and perfectly located

We couldn't have found a more perfect property for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. This apartment was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable; and the setting (right on Fly Creek) was soooo peaceful. It was convenient to Dreams Park, Cooperstown itself, and many restaurants. Beautiful Property Close to Dreams Park

This was a beautiful property on a creek and walking distance to the apple mill. It was a short 15 minute drive to Dreams Park. The apartment was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and we loved that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. We sat outside every morning and drank coffee by the creek. Awesome stay!

Great Place!

My son was playing at CDP and we rented the Pottery House for the week. Very clean and close to everything. Gracious hosts. We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to drink coffe while sitting outside and enjoying the great sounds and view. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful property

We stayed here because our son was participating in a tournament at Dreamspark. The location is perfect and is easy to get to Cooperstown and the fields. The property was clean and we enjoyed relaxing outside listening to the creek.

Cooperstown visit

The Pottery House was absolutely perfect! The location was a short 10 minute drive to Dreamspark. The house was adorable and stocked with everything we could need plus some! It's on a beautiful river with a firepit. It was so peaceful and everything we could ask for in a home. Steve and Deb were great and so helpful in answering any questions about the property or the town. They left a goodie basket with local treats. The restaurant and local activity guide they left was very informative, their recommendations were spot on. We had an amazing week at Cooperstown.

Just far enough from and close enough to Dreams Park

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel like you are on a traditional Upstate vacation when away from Dreams Park. Great natural property with a short commute back and forth from the park for games. Quiet environment, great yard and patio. Spacious room living/dining/kitchen combo with great windows and light. Responsive owners.

COZY AND HOMEY

We loved it here. Place was clean and had all basic bed, bath and kitchen essentials. Communication with property manager was always speedy. The backyard and deck area is just beautiful and relaxing. Kitchen and family room is open concept which we loved. This property is very comfortable for 4. CONS: Upstair tenants (never bothered us, never saw them but you can hear them walking upstairs) Washer and dryer is shared with upstair tenants- only used it once as I felt I was using something that I wasn’t supposed to. great experience!
