#Cleaning and Linens

- The cleaning included in the price is only performed at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linens per bed according to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

- If you need a change of linens during your stay, it can be requested separately at a cost equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (late check-in after 8:00 p.m. may be granted upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

- Late check-out after 11:00 a.m. may be possible if the apartment is available, upon request 24 hours in advance, and with a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests properly informed and registered in the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of people beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Prior to check-in, guests' identification documents will be requested for verification and release of access to the accommodation.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and must be observed throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the rules of the accommodation and condominium. Failure to comply may result in a fine charged to the guest responsible for the reservation.
