IMPORTANT!

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Host Access
- A Me2 Host will check you in at the agreed time.

CHECK-IN FROM 14:00 TO 20:00
- BETWEEN 20:00 AND 22:00 AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 100,00 WILL BE CHARGED
- AFTER 22:00, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 160.00 WILL BE CHARGED
- For last minute bookings, you will have to wait for the host to arrive, with an estimated waiting time of between 20 minutes and 1 hour after the booking has been confirmed.

CHECK-OUT UNTIL 10:00
- If you check out after 10am, you will be charged an additional night's room rate.
