Conveniently located directly across from the Santa Maria Novella train station (just a 5-minute walk) and about 20 minutes from the airport via the T2 tram (Alamanni stop), the apartment allows for easy access throughout the city.

Measuring approximately 90 square meters, the suite comprises a double bedroom with private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect solution for both families and groups of friends visiting Florence.

All necessary amenities are nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, traditional Florentine trattorias, international restaurants, and a cinema.

The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator (52 steps).

For stays longer than 7 days, utilities are not included and are calculated based on consumption (gas €1.40/unit, water €3.70, electricity €0.60, internet €29). A cleaning fee of €100 with linen change is also applicable for stays longer than a week.
