In tutta sincerità non riusciamo a capire e ad avere riscontri riguardo ad eventuali disservizi e disagi da lei sofferti, mai comunicati al nostro Staff di Reception.Temiamo però che le motivazioni di un giudizio così basso siano state fortemente influenzate dalla problematica relativa al saldo della camera. Purtroppo, se così fosse, La informiamo che la camera era stata tenuta a Sua disposizione per la notte e che purtroppo, la prenotazione era cancellabile fino a 24 ore prima. Quando ha chiamato, alle 15:30 del giorno stesso, non è stato più possibile rivendere la camera. Quindi, come Le è stato comunicato anche telefonicamente, la penale della notte è stata dovuta addebitare. Qualora invece i disservizi fossero dovuti a nostre carenze ed inefficienze, ce ne scusiamo, pregandola di contattarci direttamente, specificando meglio gli aspetti che a sua avviso devono essere oggetto di miglioramento.In attesa di un suo gradito riscontro, cogliamo l’occasione per salutarla cordialmente,
