At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always available to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you can access the apartment completely independently thanks to our self check-in system, which also includes self-registration of identity documents.



Inside the apartment, you will find every comfort and modern technology.



Other Things to Note:

You will access the apartment via self check-in, so from 3PM onwards you can freely enter your Florence Charming Apartment by following the information you will receive via email once the procedure is complete.

Our office guarantees a prompt response via email, chat and telephone from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Sunday.

Outside these hours, we only respond to emergencies via telephone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
