The location was great, the rooms were a great size and well laid out but there were one or two issues which let it down.
1) The scheduled room clean did not take place without prompting on two separate occasions, and even then it was late.
2) There are absolutely zero options for making tea or coffee in the property; Even a communal kettle and mugs would have made a huge difference
3) We were in Room 25 and the floor creaks and squeaks to an appalling degree. Any movement, even on tip toes, can and did wake up everyone in the suite every single time, making it a very poor option for families.
While point 3 (squeaky floor) may be specific to room 25, it was a big deal.
It is a real shame as we would absolutely return if this issue alone was addressed.
We had a great time, but it is frustrating to have these issues.
