The Space:

Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood less than ½ hour south of Cincinnati and the surrounding area, you’ll be within a quick drive to this wider area’s best sights and attractions while remaining secluded enough to truly relax and unwind. If you head northeast, you’ll be in the suburbs and downtown area of the “Queen City”, filled with historical sites, restaurants, shopping, and thrilling attractions all running along the scenic Ohio River. If you head south, you’ll find the must-see-it-to-believe-it Ark Encounter, a life-size replica of Noah’s Ark. If you’re an avid skier or just a beginner looking to try your hand at snowboarding, cross over into Indiana to visit Perfect North Slopes with 23 trails for any expert level. Back at the home, a walking trail behind the house will lead you into Covered Bridge Park, the perfect exploratory outing for the whole family to take in the natural setting and fresh country air. Evenings are best spent on the home’s spacious deck, enjoying a cocktail or two under the stars and soaking all your cares away in the bubbling hot tub.



Heading indoors, you’ll find plenty of private spaces for the group to spread out while still presenting opportunity for connectivity and creating lasting memories. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sofa and smart TV for hours spent streaming your favorite entertainment. A few steps away and you’ll be in the dining room, where a chic table and chairs set can seat 4 for formal meals or to host an electric family game night. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with all your mealtime necessities. Drip and Keurig coffee makers are available for brewing up your morning cup, and you’ll have your choice of prime locations to enjoy it indoors or out. Escape for a quiet hour alone to the den on the lower-level and lounge back with a good book or perhaps even to sneak in an afternoon nap.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first on the main level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second on the lower level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
