Palazzo Anselmi is located in the heart of Florence near Piazza Santa Croce.

Both apartments are perfect for a family or a group of friends who wish to visit Florence on foot and get to know its beautiful museums and art. Everything is within walking distance, including the railway station, which will allow you to visit the rest of Tuscany or to explore the whole country.

The public bus service in Florence is provided by "Ataf".
The nearest bus stop to the house is on Piazza Salvemini about 3 minutes walking distance, and the bus n° is 14 or 23.

The apartment is located on via delle Seggiole, a wonderful cobblestone street, which forms part of the Santa Croce district on the eastern edge of Florence’s historic city centre. The area takes its name from one of the city’s most remarkable churches. The Santa Croce neighbourhood provides a rare glimpse of “old” Florence with lively markets and tiny leather and artisan workshops, including the flea market (Mercato delle Pulci) at Piazza dei Ciompi. The Mercato St. Ambrogio, the city’s second main food market after the Mercato San Lorenzo, is within close walking distance too.
Furthermore, the area is just a stone’s throw from some of the city’s main cultural attractions such as the Bargello Palace, which houses one of Italy’s most important museums, the Casa Buonarroti, (the former home of Michelangelo), Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and Ponte Vecchio, as well as the magnificent Santa Croce church and museum.
You will also enjoy the largest selection of boutique shops, bars, and traditional restaurants and pizzerias within the city. Three of the finest and most expensive restaurants, Cibreo, Pinchiorri, and Alle Murate are located nearby. There is also a good choice of mid-priced dining options.

Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

Medici is a large and bright 148 sqm apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. It accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The entrance is shared with the Anselmi apartment.

As you enter, a hallway leads to the sleeping area and the main living spaces. Two spacious bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes, while the third bedroom is located near the first bathroom, complete with a shower. The hallway also opens onto a large living room and a separate dining room, both comfortable, bright and welcoming.

The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, plus a convenient laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

One of the apartment’s highlights is the view: from the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom, you can enjoy a stunning glimpse of the Florence Duomo dome, making your stay truly memorable.
