We stayed at Loggia Fiorentina for three nights. We arrived at the hotel when there was no receptionist. The hotel had sent informations what to do beforehand - no problems there. Receptionist was helpful and smiling. She even helped us book tickets for Galleria dell'Accademia and recommended us places to go. Hotel is close to Il Duomo, Galleria dell'Accademia, Ponte Vecchio etc. - really nice location. Everything was within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Our room was great - airconditioner, fan or window in case it got too hot. Clean. We shared toilets which was fine, since our room included a shower. Would we recommend this hotel to anyone? Most definately

Rigtig godt hotel!
Rigtig godt hotel med meget fin og moderne indretning på værelserne. Eneste grund til at det ikke har fået topkarakter er på grund af fælles toiletterne (som jeg godt vidste på forhånd), men de var helt rene og et kæmpe plus var, at der var en vask på værelset.

Daniel was amazing! He spent the time to share lots of details about the surrounding area and communicated clearly in advance of my check-in. The property is similar to a boarding house or hostel. You may share a bathroom with other travelers. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is walkable from the station and convenient to the center. There are cafes nearby. All in all it is a great value for the money

Very close to the train station, and a 20 minute walk into the heart of Florence attractions. Restaurants close by. Staff extremely helpful, Daniel a fount of information, a virtual tourist expert, very valuable. Highly recommend this place.

La ubicación es buena, el personal es pesimo, nunca responden, muchos de los servicios que ofrecían no funcionaban ( la televisión solo esta de adorno) mencionan edredón de plumas jaja es una mini cobija con la que morias de frio, la calefacción no funciona (mueres de frío en la noche) las habitaciones pésimas parece hotel de mala muerte, hay bichos, que aunque no son bichos malos, no deja de estar mal, las paredes parecen de carton, escuchas a los vecinos de cuarto y más alla, los baños parecen baños de carcel, de verdad muy mala opción para alojarse en Florencia

No me gustó. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que debía llenar un formulario que jamás llegó a mi correo, lo solicité a la 1 pm y cuando llegamos en la noche no podíamos ingresar por no haber llenado dicho formulario. Nos costó muchísimo hacer el check in y estuvimos esperando abajo mucho rato para ingresar. Además, Nunca me respondieron los mensajes cuando solicité ayuda ya que la televisión jamás funcionó. No había nadie en recepción. Mala experiencia.

in Italy. It was not clean, the bed was terribly uncomfortable as were the only 2 extremely flat pillows we got. The bathroom was so small you could barely sit on the toilet, no warm water, and the shower had mold on the tiles. You could hear every noise in the hallways. It made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay in a really nice city. The only positive was the initial check in concierge was kind and helpful and the location is convenient for walking the city.

Esse hotel me surpreendeu. Atendimento impecável, super solícitos, tive um problema com minha mala e prontamente me ajudaram. Quarto super limpo e organizado, peguei uma suíte, mesmo banheiro sendo bem pequeno não me atrapalhou. E localização muito boa tb. Tem um restaurante em frente que tem uma das melhores massas que comi na Itália. Recomendo!

The price was high for services received and a shared bathroom. The "breakfast" is vending machines and there is a charge for a clean towel before 5 days. It was OK for a two-day stay, but I will not likely return.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and all the big attractions. Room was a good size, bathroom a little small but otherwise great. Check-in and checkout were a breeze!

We enjoyed our stay here, for the most part. The property is definitely older, and the bathroom was quite small, as is typical in such old cities. Such is the trade-off for the magnificence of Florence. The check-in was trickier than it needed to be, as the front desk is not staffed in the evening when, I imagine, most guests arrive. The hotel sent us the check-in codes the day of our arrival, which was unnecessarily stressful on a travel day without WiFi. It would be so less stressful to have had the check-in information just a few days sooner. Also, the lack of shower soap or shampoo was frustrating for a hotel. Otherwise, a lovely stay with reliable Internet.

Room did not smell clean, booking was not clear that it was a shared bathroom and “breakfast” was paid vending machines. From the images you may think your room has a bathroom but they are shared in the hall unless you book the suites. There is little done to reduce noise and you can frequently hear the other guests entering and leaving their rooms throughout the night. The beds are not comfortable and the AC did work properly.

We recently stayed at this property in Florence for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was not up to our expectations. The property showed signs of aging and there was visible mold. Moreover, the showers were very small and shared among several guests. When we voiced our concerns and sought a refund, the management did offer us improved rooms with less mold and private bathrooms. While this was a considerate gesture, I would only recommend staying here for a single night, if at all.

The location is great but with the room you get what you pay for. No shower or toilet in the room, no kettle or microwave in the common room. Also noisy with people talking in the next room and going to the shared toilet all night

Yaniltici ve yanlış bilgi
1- Otel odasini 'otopark' secerek filtreledim, oton bilgisinde de otopark var yazıyor. Ancak otopark yok, bu durumu otele sordum; bunun anlamı etrafta otopark var demek diyerek adeta dalga gectiler ve otoparka 2 gun icin 52Euro ödemek zorunda kaldım. 2- Otel odasinda tuvalet yok, katta ortak tuvalet var.!!!! ve bunu açık açık belirtmesi gerkirken eksik bilgi vererek yanıltıyor. Çok yaniltici ve yalancı bir kurum. 3- Hotels'e güvenerek aldigim otel çok kotu, bu durumdan Hotels de sorumlu.
