Lovely two-room apartment in the heart of the characteristic neighborhood of San Frediano. Located on the first floor (10 steps) equipped with all amenities, kitchenette, large living area with comfortable sofa and smart TV. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Wifi, air conditioning, overlooks internal gardens, very quiet. The neighborhood is well served with stores and artisans' workshops.

The apartment is located near Piazza del Carmine and Piazza Tasso, in an extremely quiet spot but close to the neighborhood of Piazza Santo Spirito, which is now considered a neighborhood full of restaurants, stores, suitable for residents and tourists, with many attractions for nightlife, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti and 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio.
Limitation of services: The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of lighting of the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
Urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) will be charged EUR100.
