Da Vinci - Flo Apartments

The bright and welcoming Leonardo da Vinci apartment is located on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a stately building in Via Leonardo da Vinci, 2 steps from Piazza della Libertà and the historic center of Florence.
With two large equipped terraces, air conditioning and heating, it can accommodate up to 7 people.
Given its strategic position, a stone's throw from the tramway stop, which connects it to Santa Maria Novella station in 5 minutes, this apartment is ideal for visiting the historic center of Florence on foot, for business trips or for participating in fairs and events.
Comfortable, just renovated and tastefully furnished, with its pitched ceilings and the soft and relaxing colors of the walls and furniture, it is ideal for families or friends and is equipped with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, but away from daily stress.
The exclusivity of this apartment lies in the large living-dining area and its lovely terrace, accessible from the living room, which overlooks the roofs of the city and offers a view of the Duomo: furnished with tables and chairs, it will be perfect on summer evenings to relax and cool off after a long and hectic day spent visiting and events.
Entering the apartment we find a large entrance, on the left you enter the tastefully furnished living room with armchairs, double sofa bed, coffee table and television and the dining area with period bookcases.
On the left is the kitchen, modernly equipped with everything necessary to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want (microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher, etc.), table and chairs, and a first bright bedroom with a single bed.


A door with leaded windows leads to the sleeping area, organized in 2 large and cozy double bedrooms, each with a terrace and with its personalized style, a completely renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine and a smaller bathroom with shower.
Wifi and air conditioning cover the entire apartment.
The apartment can be easily reached by car outside the Ztl, and for our guests there is a private carport available in a garage 200 meters from the house. Guests can also use the bike sharing service, and the tram stop to the center of Florence is just 100 meters from the apartment.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as described.
It will be a pleasure for us to welcome you to our house and be available for suggestions and advice, or to organize guided tours, tours of the city or the surrounding area with a local guide, or even a cooking class, a family dinner, or to simply book a restaurant.
Everything so that your stay in our enchanting city becomes a unique experience to tell!
The apartment is equipped with an automated access system and self check-in, to give you the opportunity to arrive comfortably whenever you want, from 15 onwards, without having the stress of having to schedule, and respect, a precise check-in appointment.
Otherwise, if you prefer, it will be our pleasure to meet you, but in this case we must make an appointment between 15 and 20. 
 
NEIGHBORHOOD


Our apartment is located in Via Leonardo da Vinci, near Piazza della Libertà and a stone's throw from the historic center.
Ideal for families, still for workers, the neighborhood offers everything you could need during your stay.
A stone's throw away you will find: bank, pharmacy, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, laundry, bus stop.
Our apartment is located in a strategic position to reach all corners of the city on foot in a short time.
In 15/20 minutes on foot you can reach:
- Santa Maria Novella Station
- Old town

The main attractions of the historic center, such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi are reachable in 20/25 minutes on foot
You won't need the bus to visit the city's main points of interest, but still, if you don't like to walk, the area is well connected by public transport and the bus and tram stop is just a stone's throw away.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
