The spaces are carefully organized: private parking for one or two cars, a fitness area, a spacious living room, a winter garden, a professional kitchen, and a sleeping area with bedrooms and bathrooms that guarantee privacy even for groups of friends as well as large families.



The Space:

By opening the shutter that leads to the street, you can access the garage, which can comfortably accommodate up to two cars. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa and smart TV, a guest bathroom, a hallway overlooking the winter garden, and a professional kitchen equipped with the latest appliances.



The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the two other bedrooms share a bathroom (the red room has two single beds, and the blue room has a single bed with a pull-out bed).



To reach the outdoor area, you need to climb a small flight of stairs. Access to the laundry area and fitness zone (equipped with a private bathroom) requires going down to the basement.



Guest Access:

At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always available to provide you with all the support and assistance you may need. However, you can access the apartment completely independently thanks to the self-check-in system, which also includes self-registration of identity documents.



Guest access is via the apartment's private garage, located directly on Via del Cappuccio.



Outside the garage, you’ll find a keypad where you can enter the numeric code provided during your booking. This code will allow you to access the garage with your vehicle at any time.



Please note that the apartment is located within Florence's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Therefore, you must register your vehicle's license plate before entering, at an additional cost of approximately €10 per day.



Once inside the garage, you can access the apartment through a secure door directly connected to the parking area.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment features an internal courtyard adorned with ornamental plants. Please note that leaving the windows open may allow small ants or insects attracted to light to enter. During the summer, special care is needed as Florence is known for its significant mosquito presence.



To help with this, we provide electric mosquito repellents, which can be easily activated with the push of a button.



IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment is located in the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Zone in Florence. To access the area by car without receiving a fine, you must have a daily pass linked to your car’s number plate. Please contact us for more information!



Garage dimensions: width: 4 meters - maximum height 2.30 meters



Our office offers prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside these hours, we are available for emergencies via phone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
