Located in the historical centre, overlooking the Arno river near the Basilica di Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and a few metres from the National Library. The 120m2 flat on one level is located on the first floor with lift of an old Florentine building; it is bright and has a remarkable view: from the living room overlooking the Arno you can see the garden of Villa Bardini, Piazzale Michelangelo, the Tower of San Niccolò and the fountains of architect Poggi.

All rooms have an antique oak floor. The large living room overlooking the Arno River is designed for comfortable relaxation. It is made in harmonious coexistence of: a study/office area, a living/reading area with a large sofa bed and 2 armchairs, and a dining area The open kitchen is well equipped and allows for comfortable cooking.

The flat is completed by two large double bedrooms and two large windowed bathrooms, one with bathtub and a smaller one with shower.

The wooden floor and the brightness of the rooms combined with the fascinating views of the Arno river make it extremely relaxing . The apartment's location by the river makes it particularly easy to reach the districts of San Niccolò and Oltrarno, as well as Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Galleries, which are only 800 metres away.

Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal and will be welcomed in person by a member of the Apartments Florence team.

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request
