The Space:

This charming stone farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home features three private bedrooms. Bedroom one and bedroom two each provide a plush queen bed, while bedroom three is furnished with a cozy double bed, all prepared with fresh linens.

There are two full bathrooms available for your convenience, stocked with essential toiletries like body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, along with all the necessary cookware, dishes, and silverware for preparing everyday meals. The living area is perfect for winding down. Step outside to the delightful patio, where you will find a barbecue grill, perfect for an evening of outdoor dining in the fresh air. For your added convenience, the home includes dedicated laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, and we provide free on site parking for your vehicle.

RENTAL PERIOD: The home is intended for mid-term reservations and therefore can only be booked for up to 90 days at a time. If more than 90 days are needed, multiple reservations must be made.



Guest Access:

Guests have access entire to the home aside from locked storage areas.

Entry is through the front door using a unique key code.

Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
