Just 5 minutes from the beach, you can enjoy a stunning white sandy lagoon stretching over several kilometers, ideal for swimming, sunset walks and peaceful moments by the ocean.

The villa is set in a quiet area of Flic en Flac, close to a natural reserve where you may spot deer and wild boars, and enjoy activities such as quad biking for an immersive experience in Mauritian nature.

The area offers a wide range of experiences including restaurants, local street food, cafés, water activities, diving, boat trips (dolphins and sperm whales), and a gym. Cascavelle Shopping Mall, with many shops and services, is only a few minutes away by car.

This semi-detached bungalow is spread over two levels and surrounded by a lush tropical garden with palm trees and exotic plants. The interior is tastefully decorated, featuring artwork from local artists that adds an authentic and warm touch.

You will also enjoy a beautiful veranda with a comfortable lounge area, a large dining table, a BBQ for convivial meals, and sun loungers to relax in the tropical atmosphere. An outdoor shower is also available, perfect to refresh after the beach.
