"Well situated and quiet, the “Rad Pad” was a nice respite at the end of each day from exploring Asheville. We would certainly come back!"

"I had a great stay with my family. Would stay there again!"

"Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything"

"This property was accurately described. Many times we spend the first day going out buying items that we need for our stay besides groceries. Everything was here! Nice design as well. Parking for more than 2 cars requires some coordination. The neighbor was very nice and it’s so quiet and peaceful here."

"Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice living space."

"A very comfortable farmhouse with everything one might need - from kitchen utensils, 1st aid kit, plenty of towels/washclothes, to comfortable chairs and nice king-size bed. The Owner, JR was quick and easy to communicate and most gracious and understanding. Communication with host was fast and friendly. Anytime we needed anything host was accommodating. Appreciated the chalk board welcoming us with our name.I will definitely keep in mind for any future Asheville stays."

The place was super clean and had everything that we would need."
