A stylish, full kitchen hosts modern appliances, sparkling countertops, and everything you need to craft delicious home-cooked meals. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity. This includes staying within the community speed limits. HOA enforces speed limits. If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. The Community Center (Verkada Pass) is accessible with a $15/day pass, for the duration of your stay. This is an amenity that needs to be opted in or out of, on the guest registration form. It is not automatically a part of the reservation.
The Community Center facilities are accessible with a $15/day pass. Any golf course and community center access fees are not included in your initial rental costs. Details are included with your reservation.

Security camera details: For security purposes only, there is an active Ring DoorBell Camera located outside of the front door of this property. The camera only faces the road and does not record any place of gathering outside or inside the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
