This home is *not* equipped with cold A/C for summer. The home is equipped with central heating for the winter months.

Guests have full access to the home, minus a few closets to keep guest supplies. These areas are locked and marked off and not shown in the advertisements or photos.

We live locally and are always ready to help whenever you need us. We will send regular important information throughout your stay, but otherwise we will stay out of your hair :)

This is a quiet neighborhood located near the forest edge. Within a 10 min walk or a few minutes` drive, duck ponds, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and off-road roads are accessible.
-No parties: $1000 fine
-Quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM
-Pets: We do allow pets with an additional fee. We have an `all-four-on-the-floor` policy. No pets on beds or furnishings. If broken guests are responsible for additional cleaning fees and up to full replacement of bedding.
-No fires outside designated firepits
-Guests who do not depart on time without prior communication will be issued a fine of $50 per 15 minutes
-For stays longer than 10 nights, the cleaning fee doubles to deep clean the property after the guests` stay.
