Property was really clean and quiet. Our room was large and beautifully decorated. The front desk personnel were always pleasant. The breakfasts were delicious and had a great selection of hot and cold foods. Prime location for walking around historic Flagstaff and near many restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

I am a very picky traveler. I spend at least a couple of hours reviewing reviews about hotels before I pick one in a particular area. I read over and over again that this particular property was extremely clean. One reviewer said it was the cleanest hotel she had ever been in. Well, I can vouch for the reviews myself, this was probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. If I ever come back to Flagstaff, I will definitely come back to this hotel. If you are picky and you want it to smell good and look good and be well maintained and immaculate, then I recommend country inn and suites on Mike’s Pike.

The property is beautiful and clean. The free breakfast is great. The manager allowed me to check out one hour later which was nice. They also offer free tea, coffee, hot chocolate on the Lobby all day. I truly enjoyed my 2 days stay. I highly recommend.

Nice, clean room with microwave and fridge, ice near the elevator. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient and helped plan my early morning walk to Amtrak. (Flagstaff feels pretty safe, but the 3:45 am walk to Amtrak, about 8 minutes, felt a little creepy, pretty dark along the neighborhood streets.

For three guests in one room, we were hoping the room to be a bit larger with sitting area., however, it was regular small room which we found congested. 2nd day out of total three days stay, they did not serve breakfast stating staff didn't show up. That was odd.

Nice little place. Clean rooms. Housekeeping staff were super friendly. Check in was great. No issues. We only wish there were non-dairy creamer for the coffee and non-dairy yogurts.

Liked the location. All staff were courteous. Nice atmosphere in the building Only complaint was the coffee was terrible - weak and poor taste. I have never been to a hotel where coffee mate was used instead of milk. Milk and cream should be offered.

We enjoyed how clean and friendly the staff were. We utilized the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings and the amazing complementary full breakfast. Both days were something different and really delicious. The second day we got back a little later and parking was slim but we managed in the snow. We survived lol. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

In a word loud. Traffic impacted sleep most of the night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant, and breakfast was good.
