Our two night stay in Flagstaff was a good one. Our condo was roomy, with a modern kitchen, 2 balconies and comfortable beds. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub with a showerhead. There was a long-time leak in the wall the previous renters never reported. My husband saw bubbling and buckling of the paint and sheet rock below the tub. The shower was usable, but we did not want to damage it any further. The office was very attentive, and had somebody look at it right away. They offered to move us to another suite while it was being repaired, but it was just too much work to move 6 of us for our second night stay, so we shared the second shower.
The only complaint we really had was when we checked in. There was a high pressure sales pitch to sit for a timeshare presentation for Wyndham resorts. This was not mentioned anywhere in the VRBO listing. We were not required to do it to stay, but they offered all types of incentives to do it.
Amenities offered on the resort grounds was outstanding! The continental country club had a restaurant with patio seating overlooking the grounds. Food was amazing and service was superb. The bear claw facility had a large game room with foozeball, pool tables, boardgames, and a whole row of TVs with gaming chairs. They also had a café with food, refreshments and ice cream available. Outside the pool had plenty of seating, two Jacuzzi hot tubs, and a 12 hole mini golf course.
I would highly recommend this facility to others!
