"Pool was nicely heated. At check in he said charged my card, not put a temporary deposit “hold” but charged it an extra $200 for 5 days and then said it would be refunded. He gave me a business card to call in case it didn’t get refunded. This is ridiculous. "

"The pool area was really run down, paint coming off of the floors and walls, paint flakes all over the floor, the pool area was so hot it was unbearable to see in and watch kids play. Other area seemed dirty as well. Will not be staying here again. "

"Booked on-line. Arrived 30 min later @ 10pm. Had to check to see if there was actually a clean room. Not sure why they offer rooms if they don’t have any. Thankfully the room was available and clean. Took 30 minutes to track down their only luggage cart, so we could get our luggage to our room.
Said their breakfast shipment had not arrived. Only coffee in the morning. Wish my room had zero carpet. Part carpet part vinyl flooring. Unfinished kitchen- had only a dish towel. You can rent a package...
